How Blade came to be
The second member of the trifoce team is named Blade. Blade was not always a hero. Once Blade was a regular man named David R. Kelley who worked as a historian that cataloged ancient artifacts. Many artifacts were passed strait through his office. He would catalog the artifacts and then put in the storage room, sterilization room, or restoration room depending on the condition of the artifact. One day a priceles Mongolian soldier sword came in the mail. It was in fare condition and after a few hours soaking in the sterilization fluids it looked almost unused. It was not on that months list of incoming artifacts that were being shipped in. While examining the sword, and finishing preserving it, he noticed some inscription on the handle. He began to try to decode the message which had some sort of ancient writing. Then he remembered the stone that had come in also from Mongolia. It had the same type of writing on it. He gathered the two artifacts and after much investigation he found that each of them had a little aqua colored gem on the end of each item. Out of much curiosity he put the two gem ends together and suddenly a force unknown to mankind over took his body. Then with a giant burst of blue light he became Blade and given to him was the sword he had been sent, knunchucks, a black coat with a hood, a pair of blue jeans, some combat boots, a blue undershirt, and a companion, a chimpanzee with amazing talent, named Obi. A voice from the sky then said,"Amazing talents you now posess, defend the world and evil will be less." Now you and two others are the members of the Triforce. Take these things I have given to you, your symbol is the gem of blue." As he listened in amazement he thought his hero future. "Use these things in a good way, in the future it will pay," the voice continued. So he took the items he had recieved and went into his home. He did not realize how much being a Triforce memmber would pay off. Obi, his chimp companion,would be the source of the power to get all the things he needed. This dynamic duo would soon join two other men and companions to create the Triforce.
